These terms cover the Phoenix Build Solutions website and the Phoenix text messaging program. Use of the Phoenix software by a company is also governed by that company's customer agreement with Phoenix Build Solutions, LLC.

Text messaging program

• Program: Phoenix project text messages - one-to-one messages between a company that uses Phoenix and the subcontractors, suppliers and project contacts on its jobs, about schedules, deliveries, field questions, submittals, inspections and pay applications.
• Opting in: by texting START to (855) 513-6298 and replying Y, or by checking the consent box on a company's vendor information form. See Text messaging.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop all messages. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.
• Help: reply HELP, or email admin@phoenixbuild.ai.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy.
